The cisco-alumni list is the main list for former employees. It is moderated, has about 850 subscribers as of April 2008, and has a low enough volume that you can subscribe and not fill your inbox. It's also the place where jobs are posted from time to time.

W9atCisco is the online community of current and former non-technical contract employees, and small businesses that have approved vendor status at Cisco Systems. Our members use this group to get advice from each other on issues related to working with Cisco, and to help each other find and fill contract opportunities at the company. Our mission is to make it easier to work with and for Cisco.
